Facility rental for photography and video:
$50.00 per hour
*We require a two hour minimum with all bookings*

Studio Guidelines

  • There is a two-hour minimum for all sessions booked.

  • We require a deposit at least one week prior to session ($50).  One-half of total price for 6 hours or more two-weeks prior to session.

  • If you cancel within 5 days or less before your scheduled time your deposit is non-refundable.

  • You may start loading in 10 minutes prior to start time at no extra charge (WHEN available).

  • If you extend 10 minutes or more past designated wrap time you will be charged an extra hour.

  • PLEASE NO CONFETTI!

  • There is a 15 person maximum capacity allowed in studio (including photographer).

 Included with facility rental:

  • Upgraded remote controlled LED light wall. 

  • 36 X 12 ft infinity wall.

  • Matte paper backdrops in a variety of colors. 

  • Two mounted LED sky panels for infinity wall (third panel available for daily in-house rental fee).

  • Three photographic flash strobe lights.

  • Two 18-inch LED halo ring lights.

  • 8 foot glide dolly skate cam.

  • Three RGB dimmable LED flat panels.

  • Two fog machines.

  • One Arri 150w Tungsten light.

  • Free WiFi.
